DANCE FASTER! 10 Important Dance Steps Every Property Manager Should Know

Description
The successful property manager must be the master of many dance moves. They have to hear what song is playing, pick up the beat, and know just the right moves to keep their dance partners happy. They also have so many partners to dance with – from the landlord and tenant, to the vendors, and ultimately the Realtor’s association and licensing board, the property manager must listen to the music, identify the song, and not step on any toes. They risk facing the music in so many ways - not only can a property manager lose a client, they can lose a tenant, and ultimately, they can also lose their livelihood.

In this course, we will look at the types of dances that property managers will need to master in order to look like Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. Or for you young folks out there, MC Hammer, Michael Jackson, Beyoncé, or Shakira.
